Foundation Stage

5 years (age 3-8, pre-school + class 1 and 2)

Keeping the critical importance of early care and stimulation of the brain in early years (3-6 Years) for healthy brain development and growth SVHS is following age appropriate play-way, child-centered approach.

Here in this stage we focus on over-all development of children i.e, Physical development, cognitive development, socio emotional development, language development, creative and aesthetic appreciation of the children. Also, focus on Pre-reading, Pre-writing and Pre- number concepts. For class 1 and 2, the children will be engaged in multi-level learning and play-based activities and pivoting on the development of language skills and mathematics.

Early foundational learning is critical for a child's later learning. In fact, a strong early learning foundation is the ladder to ensure a future where they can adapt and thrive. One cannot fully discover a child's full potential if one only emphasizes on completing the set curriculum and content.
